We’ve been away for a few weeks and we definitely missed you. Our guest this week on Sree's Sunday #NYTReadalong was worth the wait: Brian Stelter. We’ll ask him about his next book, “Network of Lies: The Epic Saga of Fox News, Donald Trump, and the Battle for American Democracy,” the Dominion Voting Systems / Fox News trial starting Monday and his time working at CNN and The New York Times. Sree will be hosting this can’t-miss discussion.

Brian is the New York Times bestselling author of three books: Top of the Morning, Hoax, and Network of Lies. “Network of Lies” is billed as a sequel of sorts to Stelter’s 2020 book “Hoax,” which offered a deep look behind the mechanics of how Fox News Channel produces its news coverage and opinion programming. Stelter’s new book proposes to examine how Fox News proceeded after the election of President Joe Biden and how it oriented itself after President Donald Trump left office. The book is scheduled to debut in November of 2023.
Previously, Brian was a media reporter at The New York Times, the chief media correspondent for CNN Worldwide, and the anchor of Reliable Sources. He is currently a special correspondent for Vanity Fair and a Walter Shorenstein Fellow at Harvard Kennedy School's Shorenstein Center on Media, Politics and Public Policy.
Brian is a producer on the Apple TV+ series The Morning Show, which is inspired by his first book Top of the Morning. He also executive produced the HBO documentary After Truth: Disinformation and the Cost of Fake News. He lives in New Jersey with his wife and two children.

Honestly, I liked how this post kept things simple and didn’t try to sound smarter than it needed to. It’s the kind of write-up you can skim for the main idea, then go back for the details without getting lost. I ended up clicking around https://newimage.io/ halfway through because it gave me the same “clean and straightforward” feel, like you’re not fighting the page to find what you need. The pacing here was nice too—short chunks, clear breaks, and nothing felt like filler. Also appreciated that the layout doesn’t jump around while you scroll, so your eyes don’t get tired. On the site itself, the headings and spacing make the sections feel neatly separated and easy to track.
